Janine Oloman
Agent
Janine Oloman has over 10 years experience working with and around actors. She is a graduate of Laurentian University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications.
Janine started her film career in the tight knit Northern Ontario film community. Here she worked closely with the talent and as an Assistant Director. Janine has always had a keen eye for detail and organization. She’s on top of it and has always thrived in
management positions.
She founded of 46th Parallel Management in 2015. Her communication skills, positive demeanour and professionalism, help her to run the best agency in Northern Ontario.
Janine brings her connections and passion to all of her clients. Booking credits have ranged from Feature Films, Series, National Commercials, Animated Series, Audio Books and Print Work.
Janine currently represents approximately 100 actors. She prides herself that she has worked with her talent from the ground up. With a “we can do it” attitude, she gives a gentle hand to help promote growth in the actors she works with and helps them to develop their resumes
and their careers.
Jessica Blaauw
Associate
Jessica is an educator and mother of two teens. In her youth, she was an aspiring actress. She studied theatre at Humber College in the early 2000s. She returned to her hometown of Thunder Bay to complete her HBA in English and her Bachelors of Education at Lakehead University.

Jessica moved to Sudbury in 2010. She is involved in the arts community and is passionate about helping Northern Ontario actors get the opportunities they are looking for.
